Lee West – Senior Field Development Scientist – Novozymes Biologicals

We first were refered to Ms. Stukonog to translate literature and display material for a trade show.  She did an excellent job with the material and when we decided we needed help at the trade show asked her to help us translate at the show.  At the show her skills became apparent very quickly.  Through her translation of the literature she had obviously picked up a good understanding of the products and her ability to not only translate, but also answer questions and engage potential customers while our other colleagues were busy with other customers was beyond our expectations and made our experience at the show much more productive and enjoyable.  She also ended up involved in a more complicated meeting where she had to interpret for a key customer as we gave a presentation in English she interpreted into Russian and then they wanted to give a presentation in Ukrainian that she interpreted back to us in English.  We now trust her to help us with even more delicate issues such as negotiations as our business opportunities develop in the Ukraine.

Not only is she skilled and competent with a professional demeanor, but she also has a very curious and sincerely interested and interesting mind and is a pleasure to work with.
